The proposal includes the preservation of two historic facades for existing buildings at 2340-2342 and 2406-2406. These facades will be incorporated into the new building.

Original Buildings
The new development will replace three buildings, one of which is empty at the moment. The one with the orange awnings at 2330 used to house Saah Unfinished Furniture, which moved some years ago. This building will be completely torn-down. The historic facades of Rappahannock Cafe, a popular coffee shop and the building that is home to LA Nails will be incorporated into the new development.
