august 17, 2015 Siena Park at 2301 Columbia Pike opened in May 2010. It is a six story building with private apartments and commercial tenants. It is bounded on the west by South Adams and on the east by
South Wayne. Across South Adams is Penrose Square with Taqueria Poblano on the corner.
There is lots of foot traffic in this area, particularly at night and many of the businesses have out-door cafes. It is a bustling, interesting place to be. William Jeffreys Tavern, is on the first floor, it faces Columbia Pike and has an outdoor cafe facing South Adams and a couple of tables on the Pike.

The tavern serves American style food with a twist. It's owners also own Ragtime and Rhodeside Grill in N. Arlington and Dogwood Tavern in Falls Church.

Episcopal Trinity Church along with their pre-school is across South Adams at 2217 Columbia Pike.
Samaritan Ministry has the same address as the church but it is the blue house next door. It is a community partnership bringing together homeless people and others in need in Greater Washington, with support and volunteers from many churches.

The Columbia Pike Apartments which were built in 1966, are on the corner S. Courthouse at 2121 Columbia Pike. South Courthouse Road marks the begining of the Town Center and the eastern edge of the Pike's revitalization area.
